Simply Simple Education exists to bring clarity to complex systems—across education, leadership, and organizations that serve people. Whether you are navigating schools, leading teams, or managing change within an organization, our goal is the same: to make complicated processes understandable, actionable, and human-centered.

This school was created for individuals who want practical guidance grounded in real experience, not buzzwords or theory alone. Our courses are built from years of work inside classrooms, leadership teams, and executive roles across education and organizational settings. We focus on how systems actually function, where breakdowns occur, and how to lead with clarity, empathy, and purpose.

What Students Will Learn

Students will learn how to navigate complex systems with confidence, whether that system is a school, a leadership team, or an organization in transition. Courses cover topics such as education systems, special education, advocacy, leadership development, communication, organizational culture, and effective decision-making.

Across all courses, students will gain:

  • Clear understanding of systems and processes
  • Practical tools that can be applied immediately
  • Strategies for confident communication and leadership
  • Approaches for leading with empathy and accountability
  • Skills for navigating change, conflict, and complexity

Each course is designed to simplify complexity without losing depth, empowering learners to move forward with clarity and confidence.

Why Choose Simply Simple Education

Simply Simple Education is different because it bridges knowledge with real-world application. Courses are created by leaders who have worked inside complex environments and understand both the human and structural sides of organizations.

Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, our courses focus on clarity, practicality, and sustainability. Students leave with tools they can use immediately, frameworks they can adapt, and confidence to lead, advocate, and make informed decisions.

If you are seeking thoughtful, practical learning that respects both people and systems, Simply Simple Education was built for you.

I’m Dr. Megan Nason, an educator, leader, and systems-builder with over 15 years of experience working across education and organizational leadership. My career has spanned classrooms, leadership teams, and executive roles, giving me a deep understanding of how systems function, where they break down, and how to rebuild them in ways that truly support people.

I began my work in the classroom, supporting students with diverse learning needs, and over time stepped into leadership roles that required navigating complex systems, high-stakes decisions, and legal and compliance-driven environments. As a Director and school leader, I’ve overseen special education programs, student support systems, compliance processes, and multidisciplinary teams, often in situations that required clarity, compassion, and steady leadership under pressure.

Throughout my career, one truth has remained constant: systems are only as effective as the people within them feel supported, informed, and empowered. That belief is what led me to create Simply Simple Education.

Today, my work focuses on simplifying complex systems, whether in education, leadership, or organizational change. I help parents understand schools, leaders build strong cultures, and organizations align their systems with their values. My approach blends practical strategy with empathy, helping people move forward with confidence instead of overwhelm.

Simply Simple Education is rooted in the belief that clarity builds confidence, and when people understand the system, they’re better equipped to lead, advocate, and create meaningful change.
